Hair Services Terms And Conditions

By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Appointments are reserved specifically for you, therefore please arrive on time.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled and the booking fee may be retained.

A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your appointment.
This will be deducted from the final service cost.
Full payment is due immediately after the service is completed.

At least 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Less than 48 hours notice may result in:
Loss of booking fee
Or full service charge for repeated late cancellations or no-shows
No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service.

A full consultation is carried out before every service. Please ensure you:
Provide honest hair history (including box dyes, henna, bleach, keratin treatments etc.)
Follow aftercare advice
Understand that results may vary depending on hair condition and history
The health and integrity of the hair will always be prioritised over achieving a specific result in one appointment.

Your happiness is extremely important.
If you feel unhappy with your hair, you must notify us within 48 hours of your appointment.
We will offer a correction service up to two times to resolve any concerns.
Correction services:
Must be booked within 14 days of the original appointment
Do not include change-of-mind services (for example: deciding you want a different colour, length, or style after leaving the salon)
If correction appointments are declined or not attended, the service will be considered accepted.

Refunds are not provided on completed services without the opportunity to correct the work.
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
A client must first allow up to two correction appointments
Refund requests can only be reviewed after 14 days from the original appointment.
If the correction services offered are not accepted, attended, or completed, no refund will be issued.
All refund decisions are made at the discretion of the business.

Hair colour and chemical services carry inherent risks. While every care is taken:
Exact colour results cannot be guaranteed
Hair condition, previous treatments, and home care affect results and longevity
Breakage or damage may occur when previous chemical history is unknown or inaccurate
By proceeding with the service, you accept these risks.

For safety and insurance reasons, only clients receiving a service may attend the appointment unless agreed in advance.

Photos/videos of hair may be taken for portfolio and social media purposes.
Please inform us if you do not wish to be photographed.

We reserve the right to refuse or stop a service if:
Hair integrity is compromised
Health & safety is at risk
Behaviour is inappropriate or abusive
